Celebrating the life of
Robert Seth Adams
December 16, 1961 - May 02, 2024
Robert Seth Adams, 62, died peacefully on Thursday, May 2, 2024.
The lifelong resident of Savannah was the son of the late William Mitchell Adams and the late Ellen Ross Adams, Robert was an active member of the Savannah St. Patick’s Day Parade Committee, Knights of Columbus and St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. He graduated from Savannah High School and was an avid Georgia Bulldog Fan…..and Herschel Walker’s number one fan. Robert enjoyed going to the gym and everything outdoors, especially, riding bike trails, grilling, enjoying downtown Savannah and Tybee Island.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his brother, William Mitchell Adams, Jr.; and a sister, Elizabeth Ellen Adams.
Robert leaves behind his wife of 40 years, Teresa Boyles Adams, and their fur baby, Gracie; a sister, Julia Melinda Adams of Savannah; brother Joseph Barton Adams of Gulfport, MS; and several nieces and nephews including his beloved nieces, Renee Perry of Henderson, TX; Gayla Reffner and Taylor Morrison, both of Pembroke.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 in Bonaventure Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest you consider a donation in Robert’s memory be made to the Nancy N. and J.C. Lewis Cancer Research Center, 225 Candler Drive, Savannah, GA 31405.
